L’ambiziosa opera di Antonio Giorgio giunge al suo terzo capitolo con “Imajica”, un disco mistico tra arte e magia con immancabili profili riconducibili a sensazioni, eventi, esperienze vissute in prima persona dall’autore a cui si associano riflessioni sul passato, presente e sul futuro. Il nuovo lavoro si suddivide in tre capitoli stesi su una base di metal classico a cui si affiancano, come da tradizione, atmosfere sinfoniche ed epiche tendenti alla sacralità ma non per questo scevre dal contesto dark e gotico; detta tradizione sostanzialmente deriva dai lunghi anni di studio dell’autore nei confronti di artisti del calibro di William Blake, Alan Moore, Allan Kardec ed altri. Indubbiamente l’ora più che abbondante di ascolto induce nell’ascoltatore una non semplice assimilazione necessitando il tutto di qualche replay proprio a cagione del collegamento che sussiste tra i brani suddivisi nei tre capitoli in questione. Tra le tracce, tutte indubbiamente di interessante contenuto, si distinguono per la loro unica dose di melodia “In Your Eyes” e “Silver Sanctum”, ma ancora l’emotiva “Gothic Church”, forte di buoni intuiti e annessi tratti emotivi. L’autore dedica anche la chiusura del disco, tenuto anche conto della propria ispirazione a band quali Black Sabbath e Queensryche, dedicando proprio a quest’ultima band la cover “I Will Remember” resa con eleganza e significativo estro. “Imajica” si rileva quindi un lavoro ricco di personalità ma anche di collaborazioni che apportano al tutto un tocco di pregio sia sotto l’aspetto tecnico che strumentale dei brani, lasciando non a caso un indelebile segno nell’ascoltatore del significato e della differenza che intercorre tra realtà e fantasia. Antonio Giorgio's ambitious work reaches its third chapter with "Imajica", a mystical album between art and magic with inevitable profiles attributable to sensations, events, experiences lived firsthand by the author which are associated with reflections on the past, present and about the future. The new work is divided into three chapters spread on a classic metal base which is accompanied, as per tradition, by symphonic and epic atmospheres tending towards sacredness but not for this reason free from the dark and gothic context; this tradition essentially derives from the author's long years of study with artists of the caliber of William Blake, Alan Moore, Allan Kardec and others. Undoubtedly, the more than abundant hour of listening induces a difficult assimilation in the listener, requiring all of this to be replayed precisely because of the connection that exists between the songs divided into the three chapters in question. Among the tracks, all undoubtedly of interesting content, they stand out for their unique dose of melody "In Your Eyes" and "Silver Sanctum", but also the emotional "Gothic Church", strong in good intuitions and related emotional traits. The author also dedicates the closing of the album, also taking into account his own inspiration, to bands such as Black Sabbath and Queensryche, dedicating the cover "I Will Remember" to the latter band, rendered with elegance and significant flair. “Imajica” is therefore a work full of personality but also of collaborations that bring a touch of quality to the whole both from the technical and instrumental aspect of the songs, not surprisingly leaving an indelible mark on the listener of the meaning and difference that exists between reality and fantasy.
